Orders Over $5000: Factory requires a proof and pre-production sample (except for perma press items) to be produced on any non-exact repeat orders totaling $5000 or over. Be assured that we will print using all information provided within your name list, as it was submitted.
Please be advised that requesting a proof with all names provided will incur extra charges and delay production. Note: Orders with personalization will have only the shortest and longest names proofed. Charges for outside vendor proofs are billable by a rate defined by the outside vendor (call for quote on proof cost). Proofs for orders produced at outside vendors are provided by the production company producing the order. Production time begins after proof approval. Repeat Order Set-up: Exact repeats, no charge if within 2 years. Some items can be printed on one side only with close registration. This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable. Multicolor Printing: Multiple color imprints can result in misregistration of up to 1/16" depending on the tightness of the registration. Imprint Color Change: If a change of ink color is required during a production run, add $50.00 (G) per color. PMS Color Match: Exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Design Services include: design and layout, production-ready art creation, logo recreation and virtual sample requests exceeding 30 minutes.Ĭancellation: Orders will be billed for work incurred.
