While the workforce is steady, McDoniel said the Airo Division intentionally interfaces with the community and hopes to inspire the next generation of potential employees. “We have a positive culture, with great wages and benefits,” explained McDoniel. With the workforce at 427 McDoniel says employment is stable yet growing, adding many have been at the company for 20 or 30 years.
